Vacation Bible School was great! We averaged around 20 children each night with our highest attendance on Thursday at 23! On Friday night, almost all of the children returned with their families for our family night cookout and concert with the Daybreak Quartet! We had over 120 people there on Friday night - the preacher was so excited he could hardly contain himself! lol!
Saturday morning, we packed the kids up and met mom and dad at the park halfway. Skyler headed out to camp with their church this morning & will be back on Friday. It is the same camp I attended as a little girl and she thinks that is the coolest thing ever!
School starts next Wednesday, so I'll take advantage of this week & clean out closets and drawers while the kids are gone. We'll also make sure all the school supplies are bought up and ready to go! 4th grade, here we come!
