Well, I have completed the second week of my new job. I LOVE it! I have put gas in my car once (as opposed to 3 x's a week) in the last 2 weeks, have been able to take Skyler to school, and pick up the babies from preschool in the afternoons - some things I haven't been able to do in over 2 years due to my long days of traveling back/forth to Memphis! Our home and family structure has been so much smoother. I can feel a tremendous difference physically because my body is able to get a full 8 hours of rest at night - & I don't go to bed dreading getting up and driving in the morning. This change has brought about such a "freeing" feeling - I can't even describe it! I love being able to zip home for lunch with my hunny every day and having dinner on the table by 5:30 every night!
Abby Cate had her 12 month checkup today. She is 19 lbs. 1 oz. and 29.5" tall. She is in the 14th% for weight & the 57th% for height - we've definitely come a LONG way in one year!
I'm loving this warmer weather. Chris is going this week to get Grady signed up for t-ball! Can't wait for those breezy nights at the ballpark!
